Modded Ion XE

Alright Guys, as promised previously that i will post the pictures once the modifications is complete. First modded ion xe i'd say. Fairly large number of people were amazed after looking at my ion xe. Following is what i have changed since the original Ion XE after upgrades.

Thought of giving it black and silver look, so here it goes.

1) NDZ Silver Trigger - i must say this is good.

2) Feedneck Lever - i stripped the Anno, and polished it silver.

3) Bolt out Back - Stripped the Anno, and polished it silver.

Now we have a finished product. I am thinking of painting the body, but it is a tuff job. I am also short on money so expect some delay.

ASA/Detents/NDZ Trigger

Alright, got the Check It Detents (Same as NDZ or TechT), but cheaper. So popped in my marker and tested out. I'd say they are a lot better than the stock detents. At least now i don't have to worry about the paintball falling out of barrel.

Along with Detents i had placed an order for 32 Degree On/Off ASA with No bleed. Fairly cheap and does the job good. I'd say amazing. Looks Solid. Put the ASA on, had to use Gorilla Glue under the Drop Forward to get Better Grip of the Rail. I must say it took time but now it looks solid, and works like charm.

I had placed an order for NDZ Trigger which is on the way.. I will install the trigger and will post the picture of my marker. All markers are unique in a sense how much creativity and upgrades you put. Well wait for an update.

Pepper Stickz vs Stock Barrel

Received my pepper stick 3 weeks ago, and played at cousins with Pepper Stickz and Stock Barrel.. Amazed this barrel is lot lighter, reduces firing noise and more accuracy. The 2'' extra does a lot better job at controlling the ball. I recommend this Redz Pepper STickz barrel. Cheap and Best!

TechT L7 Bolt

I have recieved my TechT L7 Bolt. This one is really sweet.. Opened out the bolt of marker and popped in the bolt. Tested out little bit, this one is sweet and lighter on the marker. Lowered the DWELL to 25 And ROF to 22 with pressure at 160 psi @ 17BPS. Marker giving 290 fps constant.

For those who need help setting dwell and rof i am working on excel sheet which should do the trick.

Egg 3 Lid and Springs

Got my new Egg 3 Lid and Springs.. Had issue with Egg 3 Lid. Viewloader did not question anything, all they verified some information and serial # and BAM.. 3 days later i got my new lid. I will be installing it. Steps are easy.

To Remove Lid:

1) Take the pins out from the lid first

2) Remove the washers

3) Remove Springs and your lids are off.

Smart Part Ion Xe

So picked this ratched, and played at cousins. After that though what can i do to make it better. For a new commers i suggest to purchase in the following order as it will provide them with performance.

1) Purchase feedneck - stock neck is junk.
2) Get Smart Part 360 QEV- easy and best.
3) Get L7 Bolt (Don't purchase hollowpoint if you are purchasing QEV. It will not work.
4) Get Trigger - Stock is shit
5) Get barrel - freak or pepperstick.
6) Get rail/drop forward, make sure to buy on/off asa as duckbill ia crap.
